    About “Announcements & Site Feedback”
    Welcome! This section has two jobs:
    • Announcements — Official updates from the team: new features, scheduled maintenance, policy changes, contests, milestones.
    • Site Feedback — Your ideas, bug reports, and questions about how the site works.


    What belongs here
    • Announcements: feature launches, downtime windows, roadmap notes, rule updates, community stats.
    • Bug reports: broken pages, login issues, upload errors, styling glitches.
    • Feature ideas: new forums/channels, tags/prefixes, UI/UX requests, quality-of-life improvements.
    • Questions about the site: “Where to post X?”, “How do I attach a .pcap?”, “How do I mark Solved?”


    What does NOT belong here
    • Networking troubleshooting or homework—please post those in the relevant technical forums.
    • Account-specific/private matters (billing, personal data). Please PM a Moderator or use the contact form.
    • Security vulnerabilities—do not post public proofs-of-concept. Privately message the Moderators with details.

    How decisions are made
    • We review new [Bug] posts daily; most get a response within 48 hours.
    • We group [Suggestion]/[Idea] posts weekly, consider feasibility and impact, and update the roadmap as items are accepted.
    • Community signals matter—use reactions/likes to “upvote” ideas you support.

    Use the forum’s Subscribe/Follow option for this section to get notifications about new announcements and major changes.
