1) Be respectful

- Debate ideas, not people. Assume good intent.
2) Keep it legal & ethical
- No requests or guidance for unauthorized access, hacking targets you don’t own, password cracking, malware, license bypassing, or anything illegal.
- Security discussions must be defensive/educational only and limited to lab or explicitly authorized environments.
3) Protect privacy & security
- Remove passwords, API keys, private certs/keys, tokens, customer/user data, and non-public IPs/hostnames.
- Sanitize configs and screenshots before posting. If in doubt, redact it.
4) Stay on topic
- Focus on networking (fundamentals, design, configs, tools, labs, certs, troubleshooting).
- Off-topic or low-effort posts may be moved or removed.
5) Search first & use clear titles
- Search the forum before posting.
- Title format suggestion: “[Help] Brief summary of the problem”.
6) One issue per thread
- Don’t bundle multiple unrelated problems.
- If your issue is solved, change the prefix to [Solved] or note it in the title.

- If you use AI to draft an answer, verify commands/configs and state your assumptions. Low-effort copy/paste will be removed.
12) Moderator actions
- Mods may edit, move, or remove posts that break rules or put users at risk.
- Escalation: reminder → official warning → temp suspension → permanent ban (for repeated or severe violations).
13) Reporting
- Use “Report Post” for spam, abuse, or unsafe content. Don’t argue—let mods handle it.
